HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

Our HIIT The Rooftop sessions are for groups between 5-12 people. Each class is a combination of cardiovascular exercise and functional fitness done on the Sexton Rooftop in downtown Minneapolis as well as the Stone Arch Park.

Research has shown that training in a small group setting provides extra motivation for the individual and the results can be just as effective in groups in comparison to one-on-one personal training. HIIT workouts are among the most popular and effective workout sessions for many reasons. The most popular being that this type of training allows your to burn more body fat in less time.

Our policy for HITT Rooftop classes is that if there are more than a group of 6 people interested in joining a rooftop session, we will create a unique class for them at a specific time. We believe that community oriented fitness which is best suited for smaller groups of friends or co-worked which will in-turn produce optimal results & cross-accountability between members.

Our sessions operate on a punch pass system. Allowing all participants to attend as many or as few sessions as they would like per week. They are for 10 classes and contain an expiration of 2 years after purchase.  One month unlimited passes are also available.
